Terms of Service – Modus Men

Welcome to Modus Men. By accessing our digital boutique and purchasing our garments, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. These terms constitute a mutual agreement between you (the "Client") and Modus Men (the "Brand").


1. Service Integrity & Delivery

Modus Men is committed to ensuring that every order reaches you in impeccable condition.

  • Global Standards: We focus primarily on the United States market but ensure secure delivery protocols worldwide.
  • Loss Protection: In the unlikely event of a verified loss by the carrier, Modus Men will issue a replacement or full refund upon confirmation.
  • Tracking: Upon dispatch, a secure tracking link will be provided via email for real-time updates.
  • Assistance: Should any delivery issues arise, our Concierge team at support@modusmen.com will liaise directly with logistics partners on your behalf.

2. Payment Security

We employ tier-one security measures to protect your financial data.

  • Accepted Methods: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as secure digital wallets including PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
  • Fraud Protection: All transactions are subject to encrypted anti-fraud verification processes to ensure client safety.
  • Processing: Payment confirmation typically occurs instantly, though some providers may require 1–3 business days.

Note: Please ensure billing details match your financial institution's records to prevent processing delays.


3. Logistics & Dispatch Policy

Estimated Timelines
Orders are processed with care within 24-48 hours.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days within the contiguous US.
  • Expedited Shipping: Priority options (1–3 business days) are available at checkout.

Liability
Once custody of the package is transferred to the courier, Modus Men cannot be held liable for unforeseen delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier operations.

Address Accuracy
Orders returned to our facility due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the Client will be subject to a re-dispatch fee.


4. Returns & Exchange Policy

We strive for perfection in every garment. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, the following terms apply:

Eligibility

  • Standard Returns: Requests must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Defects: Manufacturing flaws must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Procedure
To initiate a return, contact support@modusmen.com with your order number. Our team will guide you through the process within 48 business hours.

Shipping Costs
Modus Men covers return shipping for defective items. For standard returns (size/preference), the Client is responsible for return logistics unless otherwise stated during special promotions.


5. Order Modifications

To ensure prompt delivery, our fulfillment process begins almost immediately. Clients may request cancellations or changes within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the order may already be in transit and standard return procedures will apply.


6. Client Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information
The Client is responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Modus Men is not liable for non-delivery resulting from client error.

Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase, the Client acknowledges and accepts these Terms of Service, including shipping timelines and return policies, in accordance with applicable US federal and state laws.
