Upon order confirmation, our team prepares your items for dispatch within 24 to 48 hours (business days).

Orders are fulfilled directly from our facility to maintain strict quality control.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your secure tracking link immediately after your package is dispatched.


Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary based on destination and the service level selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days within the contiguous US. (Complimentary on qualifying orders).
  • Expedited Shipping: Priority handling for delivery within 1 to 3 business days.
  • International Shipping: 7 to 14 business days (Canada, UK, Australia, and select regions).

If a package is deemed lost by the carrier, please contact us immediately. Modus Men will arrange a replacement or full refund upon confirmation of the loss.
