At Modus Men, we are committed to the highest standards of quality and tailoring. We understand that fit and feel are personal. If a garment does not meet your exacting standards, we invite you to request a return or exchange under the terms outlined below.


1. Conditions for Returns

Standard Returns
You may return any item within 30 days of receipt if the fit or style does not suit you.
To be eligible for a return, the garment must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

Quality Guarantee
In the rare event of a material flaw or craftsmanship defect, please contact our concierge team immediately. We uphold strict quality control, but should an issue arise, we will rectify it swiftly within 30 days of delivery.


How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Concierge: Email us at support@modusmen.com with your order number.
  • Assessment: For quality issues, please attach clear photographs of the garment and the specific area of concern.
  • Shipment: Upon approval, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
  • Processing: Once your return is received at our facility, please allow 5 business days for inspection and processing.

📌 Note: Garments showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not due to manufacturing will be returned to the client.


2. Refund Methods

Upon verification of the returned item, you may select:
Exchange: For a different size or color (subject to availability).
Store Credit: Immediate credit for future investments in your wardrobe.
Refund: To your original payment method.

Modus Men stands behind the integrity of every stitch. All items are covered by our 30-Day Quality Promise against manufacturing defects.

What is Covered:
✅ Seam slippage or stitching failures
✅ Fabric flaws (prior to wear)
✅ Hardware defects (zippers, buttons, clasps)

What is Not Covered:
❌ Damage caused by improper care (washing/drying incorrectly)
❌ Accidental tears, snags, or stains during use
❌ Normal wear and tear over time
❌ Alterations made by third-party tailors

How long does an exchange take?
Once inspected by our team, exchange orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days.

Can I return a sale item?
Yes. Items purchased during seasonal promotions (such as Black Friday) retain our standard 30-day return window unless marked as "Final Sale."

Do you offer return shipping?
For exchanges and store credit returns, return shipping is complimentary within the United States. For refunds to the original payment method, a nominal handling fee may apply.
